Covers Recovered

I’ve recently posted a few of my favorite book covers. I decided to revise two of my own covers. I think these new versions better apply to the story they each hold. If you haven’t checked them out before you may want to give them a quick read. At only  $0.99,  they are at a price that I don’t think will leave you with much buyer’s remorse.

  • Til Morning One man lost his wife. One man lost his lover. This short story explores how someone can be remembered by the secrets they keep and leave behind.
  • Ticket for Two This is a short story about a man and the sacrifices he would make for his wife. It follows the journey of Jasper as he tries to make it back home. He’s made the walk from town several times and he’s hoping this won’t be the last.

Would you like an autographed copy of a book you already bought? I’ll autograph your eBook for free.

I’ve recently joined Authorgraph.com. Just find the ebook you have and request a signature. I’ll send you a little message that will show up right in the copy you already own.

It’s just a little way I’d like to say thank you for your support.

Putting Pen to Paper

For those who don’t know me, I’ve recently started writing. It began with my long-standing hobby of reading. I’ve always enjoyed it and like most readers I usually wondered what it would be like to write a book of my own. I had tossed around a few ideas over the years but always came up with excuses. When my wife and I discovered we would be having our son I realized that life was going to move quickly from here on out. I’ve always told myself  that you have to make time to have time, so I started to make time. I started jotting down ideas and things I’d like to write.

Soon stories began to form and before long I was writing. To date I’ve written two short stories and am placing the final touches on my first novel. I started working on the novel around six months ago and am anxious to have it completed. I’ll post more details on it soon.

I’m pretty excited about this new hobby and thought I’d create this blog so people could follow along. Thanks for checking this out and I’ll try to post frequently.

Ticket for Two

I came across a short story contest and decided to create something to enter. The only requirements for the contest was that it had to be under 600 words. I thought this was going to be pretty tough but wanted to try it a shot.

This short is about a man and his long walk back to his wife.

This is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iBookstore, and other digital formats.

‘Til Mourning

This was an idea that I had tossed around for a short story. I was in the middle of writing something else when I decided to start working on this. It’s about two men who love the same woman. One is her husband. The other is not. Each has to find a way to move on after her passing. The only way one of them can do this is to confront the other.

This is available on Amazon and other digital formats.
